This page describes what you're agreeing to when you sign up for the ClipZen mailing list. Nothing is for sale yet — this is a pre-launch list.

This site exists to collect email addresses from people interested in ClipZen, a one-time-purchase clip generator. No product is currently available for sale, and no payment is collected at signup.

Submitting your email means you're asking us to notify you when ClipZen ships. It doesn't reserve you a copy, doesn't entitle you to a discount, and doesn't create a commercial relationship with us.

You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing tumuruga71@gmail.com.

• We'll email you when ClipZen ships.
• We won't add you to any other mailing list, newsletter, or marketing campaign.
• We won't share your email with anyone outside the systems described in the Privacy Policy.

• A specific launch date — we'll ship when the build is ready.
• A specific final price — $79 is the current target, and we reserve the right to adjust before launch.
• That ClipZen will ship at all. Pre-launch products sometimes don't.

Don't submit somebody else's email without their permission. Don't submit fake or abusive content through the form. Don't try to break the site, scrape it at volume, or use it for anything it isn't for.

The ClipZen name, logo, and the contents of this site are ours. The fonts, libraries, and frameworks used here are licensed from their authors. You're welcome to read the site and tell other people about it; you're not licensed to copy substantial parts of it, reproduce the brand, or claim affiliation.

This site is provided as-is. Information on it is accurate to the best of our knowledge but may change without notice. We're not liable for any decisions you make based on it.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for anything related to this site or the pre-launch signup is the amount you've paid us — which, since we're not selling anything yet, is zero.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Romania, unless EU consumer-protection law requires otherwise for your jurisdiction.

If we change these terms before launch, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. If a change is material we'll also send a notification email to the address on file.
