ClipZen is pre-launch. The only personal data this site collects is the email address you submit through the signup form, which we use to notify you when the product ships. We don't track, profile, or share you.

• The email address you submit through the signup form.
• The page URL where you submitted it, for our own basic record-keeping.
• That's it. No cookies for tracking, no analytics scripts, no fingerprinting, no IP logging beyond what your browser sends to any web server.

To send you one email when ClipZen ships, plus any unavoidable follow-up if we have to delay or change plans materially. Once you've been notified, your email is removed unless you've explicitly stayed on the list.

Until ClipZen launches plus 90 days. After that, addresses on the pre-launch list that haven't converted to a purchase are deleted from the system.

The signup form is processed by EmailJS (emailjs.com), which forwards each submission to our inbox. EmailJS's own privacy policy applies to that processing.

The email then sits in standard email infrastructure (currently Gmail) until we send the launch notification.

We don't sell, rent, share, or otherwise hand off your address to any third party outside the systems above.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• See what we have stored about you.
• Correct it if it's wrong.
• Delete it.
• Withdraw your consent and unsubscribe.

If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

This site uses no analytics tools, no tracking pixels, and no third-party cookies. Your browser may store standard technical cookies needed for the site to function — none of them identify you to us or anyone else.

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has submitted an email here, contact us and we'll remove it.

If we change this policy meaningfully before launch, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. We won't retroactively reuse data collected under previous versions for purposes that fall outside what was disclosed when you signed up.
