Changed your mind? You get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, or within 24 hours of activating Clipzen, whichever comes first. No reason needed.

Counted from the day you bought Clipzen, and cut to 24 hours once you activate it. You don't have to tell us why.
Everything you paid
The $99 and the tax on it, back to the card or account you paid with.
Licence deactivated
Your licence key stops working once the refund process begins.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Find your order or invoice number

    It's in the order confirmation email from Polar, our payment provider, and in the Polar customer portal.

  2. Send the form

    Use the email address you bought with, so we can find your purchase.

  3. Get your money back

    We reply within two working days. Polar refunds the payment method you used.

Where do I find it?

Open the order confirmation email from Polar: your order and invoice details are in it. You can also sign in to the Polar customer portal with the same email address to see your order and download the invoice.
